The Cadillac Model D was built by the U.S. car manufacturer Cadillac in 1905 model.

In Model D it was Cadillac's first four-cylinder car; the program of the brand included otherwise with the Cadillac Model B and its derivatives until 1908 only one-cylinder vehicles, apart from the followers of the Model D.
