call for papers

The English expression call for papers (German "Call to submit articles") or call for participation (Eng. " call for participation" ) is an invitation, articles or other contributions for publication submitted.

A call for papers is mostly distributed in advance of a scientific conference or an output of a scientific journal. It contains information on the topic of the submitted scientific papers, requirements concerning the format, the path of submission and the submission deadline. This call will be published in the first newsletter ( at least several months before the meeting ), today mostly through the website of the organizers, round e-mail and journals.

For the contributions submitted a summary of the Unit is to write (or at poster sessions of the planned presentation).
