Campo Gallo

Campo Gallo (formerly Hipólito Yrigoyen ) is the capital of the department Alberdi in the province of Santiago del Estero in the north-western Argentina. It is located in the northeast of the province of the middle of the Chaco Austral, 242 kilometers from the provincial capital Santiago del Estero and connected via the Ruta Provincial 5 with her. Campo Gallo is an intersection point of said road with the Rutas Provinciates 17 and 177 in the classification of municipalities in the province is classified as a community of the third category.
