Canavese

The Italian Canavese area lies south of the town of Ivrea, near the entrance from the Aosta Valley Piedmont. The region includes the moraine hills around Lake Viverone. Viticulture in the Canavese

The white wines of the region are vinified 100% from grapes of Erbaluce. The ideal serving temperature is 8-10 ° C.
