Candace Parker

Candace Nicole Parker ( born April 19, 1986 in St. Louis, Missouri, United States) is a professional basketball player. She currently plays for the Los Angeles Sparks in the WNBA.

Career

College

From 2004 to 2008, Parker played for the women's basketball team at the University of Tennessee (Tennessee Lady Volunteers). During this period she won the National Championship twice with the Lady Volunteers. In addition, she received numerous awards during this time.
