Canton of Châtellerault-Nord
The Canton Chatellerault - Nord is a French administrative unit in the arrondissement of Chatellerault in Vienne and the Poitou-Charentes region; its chief town is Chatellerault. Its representative on the Regional Council for the years 2008-2014 is Valérie champion.
Geography
The canton is located in the north of the department of Vienne. To the west it borders the Canton Lencloître, on the north by the District of Saint -Gervais- les -Trois- Clochers, in the east to the Canton Chatellerault -Ouest and the south by the Canton Chatellerault -Sud. He is on average 92 meters above sea level, between 42 m and 144 m in Chatellerault in Saint- Sauveur.

The canton consists of parts of the city Chatellerault and the municipality of Saint -Sauveur.
