Cap d' Agde is a district of the French town of Agde, on the Mediterranean coast of the Golfe du Lion, about halfway between the Rhônemündung and the Spanish border, about halfway between the cities of Montpellier and Narbonne in the department of Hérault.

History

It was originally planned as a port city of Agde Cap d' Agde by Cardinal Richelieu.
