Cape Byron

Cape Byron is the most easterly point of the Australian mainland and is located near the seaside resort of Byron Bay, New South Wales. From the Cape Byron Lighthouse and Light from various vantage points one has a good view over the sea and the bays of Byron Bay. Cape Byron is happening from July to November humpback whales regularly and is therefore a well-known destination for whale watching.
