Capharnaum (band)

Capharnaum is a technical death metal band from Sanford ( Florida). Some members still play in other bands, such as Mike Poggione ( Monstrosity ) and Matthew Heafy ( Trivium ).

History

Capharnaum was founded in 1993 by Jason and Jordan Suecof, which are the only constant members of the band. In 1997, the band released their debut album Only Reality Fantasized. A year later, they took the demo Plague of Spirits on. In 2004 she released the album Fractured, which was recorded in the audio Hammer Studios by Jason Suecof, with the label Willowtip Records.

Style

The music of Capharnaum is described as a mixture of Nile and Obituary. Especially characteristic is the sophisticated, technical style of play of the pieces. The band pulls approach also borrows from jazz.
