Capital at Brickell

Capital at Brickell Towers is a construction project of two skyscrapers in Miami. The higher of the two towers will be the tallest building in the city. Due to financial difficulties, launched in 2006, work was stopped in 2009. However, the completion of the work is planned as before.

The first tower ( called The Capital at Brickell North Tower, dt North Tower), which includes 57 floors and 247 meters high, which he would the 240 -meter-high Four Seasons Hotel & Tower excel as the tallest building in Miami by seven meters. The second tower ( called The Capital at Brickell South Tower, South Tower dt ) would be 230 meters after all, the fourth- tallest building in the city, after his twin and the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower and the 233 -meter Southeast Financial Center. This tower will have 52 floors.
