Capuns
Capuns is the name of a traditional dish from the canton of Graubünden ( Switzerland ).
Preparation
It is in chard leaves (typically Swiss chards is used ) or lettuce wrapped package out of Spätzle, which is enriched with herbs and sliced into small pieces Salsiz or dried meat. Capuns are boiled in milk water. Depending on the recipe, they are still scalloped with cheese. Serve with a sauce made from the milk of water ( half milk and broth). The cut chard leaves are also known in the Grisons ( Switzerland ) popularly Capuns.
