Carlos Vera

Carlos Alfredo Vera Rodríguez ( born June 25, 1976) is an Ecuadorian football referee and international referee since 2006 by FIFA.

Vera has led games in the Copa Libertadores, the Copa Sudamericana, in the World Cup qualifiers and at the U -20 South American Championship soccer. In 2011 he was selected for the Copa America and 2012 he was allowed to lead the FIFA games in the FIFA Club World Cup.
