Carol Kendall

Carol Kendall (* September 13, 1917 in Bucyrus, Ohio; † July 28, 2012 in Lawrence, Kansas) was an American writer.

Life

Carol Kendall made ​​his debut as an author with the two novels The Black Seven (1946) and The Baby Snatcher ( 1952). Then she decided to write novels for young people only. Your 1965 published young adult novel The Whisper of bells was 1980 for the same name, produced by Hanna -Barbera cartoon series The Whisper of bells as a template.

In 1939 she married the English professor and historian Paul Murray Kendall, with whom she remained married until his death in 1973. She died on 28 July 2012. She was survived by her two daughters and three grandchildren.
