Casimir Oyé-Mba

Casimir Oye- Mba ( born April 20, 1942 in Nzamaligué, Department Komo Mondah in the province Estuary ) is a Gabonese politician who has served in the government since 1990. He was the Prime Minister of Gabon from 3 May 1990 to 2 November 1994.

Training

Policy
