Castel Nuovo (also called Castelnuovo d' Assisi ) is a part of the municipality of Assisi in the province of Perugia, in Umbria, central Italy.

Geography

The former village is located 8 km southwest of Assisi at an altitude of about 195 m above sea level. It has about 754 inhabitants.
