The National Park Cat Ba ( Vietnamese Quốc gia Vuon Cat Ba ) is located in the north of Vietnam on the island of Cat Ba. It was founded in 1986 and is considered one of the most beautiful national parks in the country. The mountainous island is the largest of about 3000 islands in the recognized by Unesco as a World Heritage Halong Bay. The region covers an area of 280 km ².

A characteristic feature of the park are covered with subtropical plants limestone mountains. For reptile lovers, the park is especially recommended. Sea snakes, geckos and pythons live here.
