Cayo Saetía is a Cay on the northern coast of Holguin province in eastern Cuba.
The island separates the Nipebucht from the Atlantic Ocean. It is 42 km ² in size and has a rich flora and fauna. She is a registered protected nature reserve. With the mainland, the island is connected by a causeway.
More than half of Cayo Saetías is covered by dense forests where various kinds of wild animals live, including antelopes, wild cattle, wild boars, deer, zebras and ostriches. It is a popular hunting area, but hunting is allowed there only under strict conditions.
