History

In 1773 founded one of the later main namesake Richard Ellis in London his real estate office. In 1906, Colbert Coldwell founded the real estate companies Tucker, Lynch & Coldwell in San Francisco, USA. In 1914, Benjamin Arthur Banker partners of the company.
