CCR S.A.

Companhia de Concessões Rodoviárias or short CCR SA is a Brazilian car train operating company. The publicly traded corporation is part of the index of the BOVESPA and has its headquarters in São Paulo. The CCR was formed in 1999 from a merger of several major companies in the construction industry.

The company with approximately 5,000 employees, is responsible, through its subsidiaries for the operation of approximately 2,500 km of motorway, respectively Rodovia in Brazilian terminology of Brazil and holds the toll concessions of several major arterial roads mainly in the state of São Paulo.

To power the CCR include the Rio - Niterói bridge, the Presidente Dutra between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, and the only partially completed ring Mário Covas Rodoanel around the city of São Paulo.

The subsidiary ViaQuatro operates the Line 4 of the São Paulo Metrô subway. The company also holds 45% of Controlar, which carries out the technical inspection of all motor vehicles in São Paulo.
