The Río Cebollatí is a river in Uruguay.

The Laguna for Merín Basin counting Cebollatí belonging, with 235 km length of the longest rivers of Uruguay, has its source in the Cuchilla Cerro Partido in the department of Lavalleja. In its travel from southwest to northeast, it forms the boundary of the department Rocha with those of Lavalleja Treinta y Tres. One of its tributaries, the Río Olimar. The Río Cebollatí finally empties into the Laguna Merín. The size of its catchment area is 14,085 km ².
