Cegléd

Cegléd [ tsɛɡle ː d] ( German: Zieglet ) is a Hungarian town about 80 kilometers southeast of the Hungarian capital Budapest. The current mayor is László Földi.

History

Cegléd was 1290 IV first mentioned during the reign of King Ladislaus.

Cityscape

The architecture of the city mainly known for its health facilities is diverse. Outbuildings in the classical and religious buildings in Romanesque- Gothic style, also find buildings in the neo-baroque.

The football team currently plays in the VSE Ceglédi Nemzeti National Championship II, the second league Hungary.
