Céline Deville

Céline Deville ( born January 24, 1982 in Berck ) is a French football player.

Club career

Born in northern France goalkeeper played as a teenager at UO Albertville and from 2000 at Paris Saint -Germain. In 2002 she moved to first division side Montpellier HSC. This club has nine years kept the faith and now two championship titles (2004, 2005) and three times (2006, 2007, 2009 ) won the National Cup, in which they again stood with the MHSC 2011 in the final. For the 2011/12 season she has been switched to Olympique Lyon, where she finds a strong competitor on its position with Sarah Bouhaddi. In 2013 she moved on to Juvisy FCF.

As a national player

Since their first senior international in April 2002 Céline Deville belongs to the circle of the French national team; so far, they brought it there on 62 missions (as of April 5, 2014 ). Their first match at a major international tournament was the match against the Netherlands at the European Championship 2009 finals in Finland. At the European Championships in 2005 in England, she had also belongs to the French squad, but was there not used.

National coach Bruno Bini had called in his squad for the World Cup 2011 Deville.
