Central Español

The Central Español Fútbol Club, shortly Central Español (nicknamed Palermitanos ), is a football club from Montevideo in Uruguay. He played in the 2013/14 season in the second highest Uruguayan league, the Segunda División.

History

The club grew out of a merger of the two clubs Soriano and Solís from the neighborhood of Palermo. On 5 January 1905, initially the Central Fútbol Club of the two club president Adolfo Dacquó and Juan Banquero and Alfredo, Alberto and Manuel Caballero, Joseph Paladino, Antonio Fernández Valdez ( first president Centrals ), Modesto Veira, the store owner Manuel Fernandez Valdez and other persons established.
