Centre for Economic Policy Research

The Centre for Economic Policy Research ( Centre for Economic Policy Research - CEPR ) in London, UK, is a non-governmental, independent research institute that has the policy advice and economic research prescribed. It was founded in 1983 by Richard Portes, Professor of Economics at the London Business School ( LBS).

The CEPR coordinates the activities of an international network of more than 550 " Research Fellows ", " Affiliates " and " Associates ". The publications of the Institute include a wide range of meetings, analysis, conclusions and recommendations. There is no centrally prescribed content requirements.

The CEPR has no connection to the U.S. Center for Economic and Policy Research, which uses the same abbreviation.
