Cessna DC-6
The Cessna DC-6 was in the 1920s developed by Cessna Aircraft Company four -seater touring aircraft.
History
The single-engine high-wing monoplane was produced in various versions for general aviation and for the United States Army as a UC -77 or UC - 77A.
The DC - 6 was a stripped-down four -seater version of the six -seater Cessna CW - sixth Production was started in February 1929 with two versions, the DC -6A and DC-6B. Both versions were approved in September 1929 by the FAA. In total, around 40 examples were produced. Some aircraft were taken over by the USAAC in 1942.
