History

The magazine was founded in 1985 brought and other decision makers in the financial sector on the market for Chief Financial Officers ( CFOs ). The British Economist Group took over the publication in 1988 and sold it in 2010 to the American private equity firm Seguin Partners. 'Contents of the journal has both American and international respect. The magazine reaches approximately 440,000 readers. The topics include, among others, U.S. GAAP, capital markets and information technology.
