Chahar Right Back Banner

The Rear Qahar banner of the right wing (察哈尔右翼后旗, Cháhā'ěr Youyi Hou Qi, abbreviated察右后旗, Chá YOU Hou Qi ) is a banner of the prefecture-level city Ulanqab the center of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in north of the people's Republic of China. It has an area of 3803 km ² and has 210,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Its main town is the large village Bayan Qagan (白音察干镇).
