Chana Masala

Chana masala or chole masala is a popular vegetable dish of Indian and Pakistani cuisine. It consists mainly of chickpeas, is quite dry, sharp and has a slight citrus note. You can find this dish in the whole South Asian region, and it is especially popular in India and Pakistan.
