Chang Wanquan

Chang Wanquan (Chinese常 万全, Pinyin Cháng Wanquan; * January 1949 in Nanyang, Henan Province) is a Chinese general of the People's Liberation Army and a politician. He's since October 2012 Defence of the People's Republic and since 2013 the State Council.
