Changde (Chinese常德, Changde Pinyin ) is a prefecture -level city in the Chinese province of Hunan.

Administrative Divisions

At county level, Changde from two districts, one independent city and six circles sets together. These are:

The Iron Sutrasäule in Changde ( Changde tiechuang常德 铁 幢) is since 1982 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China.
