The Chang Heba Dam ( hydroelectric power plant Dagangshan ) is an under construction dam with a hydroelectric plant at Dadu He in China. The building is a 240 m high CFR dam in Kangding in Sichuan province.

Construction began in 2006, the project was officially confirmed in December 2010., The four 650 MW generators of hydroelectric power plant, powered by Francis turbines, supplied by Voith, to go into operation from 2016 to 2018. The estimated construction costs amount to 3.46 billion U.S. dollars.

In July 2009, four people died in a landslide at the site perished, and at times by the river was blocked.
