Chaos UK

Chaos UK ( different spelling Chaos UK ) is a British hardcore punk band that was formed in 1979 in Portishead. It is one of the most influential bands of hardcore punk.

History

Founded in 1979 by Chaos UK singer Simon, guitarist Andy, bassist Kaos, and drummer Potts. After a captured in this occupation 1981 Demo Riot City Records, the band signed and released the singles 1982 Burning Britain ( number 8 in the UK Indie Charts ) and Loud Political & Uncompromising ( # 27 in the UK Indie Charts ). A little later, leaving singer and drummer Simon spots the band, bassist Kaos changes in the position of the singer, Nigeria became the new bass player and spot new drummer. In 1983 the self-titled debut album on Riot City Records, the space 16 in the UK Indie Charts. Again joined the cast, except for Kaos all members left the band. In the new cast Mower (vocals), Gabba ( electric guitar ), Kaos ( electric bass) and Chuck (drums) appeared in 1984 in Children of the Revolution Short Sharp Shock the single. Together with Extreme Noise Terror was published in 1986, the split album Earslaughter at Manic Ears Records. After that, the band paused to 1989 without giving reasons. With Beki re-released as a new bass player and a singer Kaos Chaos UK the band's own label Slap Up Album Chipping Sodbury Bonfire Tapes and between 1989 and 1991 numerous singles for small independent labels until 1991, the next album was released Total Chaos at Anagram. Also in 1991, the live album Chaos was released in Japan. Meanwhile, Vic (ex - Reagan Youth ) was a second guitarist was added to the band and Devilman Chuck had replaced on drums. The next album Floggin 'the Corpse was released in 1996, then left up to Kaos singer and guitarist Gabba all members of Chaos UK, new bassist was J and new drummer Phil Thudd. This was followed by a contract with Century Media and until 2000 three more studio albums. The most recent release was 2006, a split single with FUK.
