Charles Chadwick (athlete)

Charles Chadwick ( born November 19, 1874 in Brooklyn, † September 28, 1953 in Boston ) was an American track and field athlete.

At the Olympic Games in 1904 in St. Louis, he was fourth in the hammer throw and fifth respectively in the shot put and weight throw.

During tug of war games in St. Louis, he finished with the New York Athletic Club to fourth place.

Charles Chadwick later became a sports journalist, and was president of the New York Athletic Club.
