Charles Frederick Augustus, Count of Lippe

Friedrich Karl August ( Friedrich Carl August), Count and Noble Lord of Lippe - Biesterfeld, Sternberg and Schwalenberg ( born January 20, 1706 Biesterfeld, † July 31, 1781 at Friedrichsruh ) was a Knight of the Red Eagle.

He was the eldest son of Rudolf Ferdinand of Lippe -Sternberg Schwalenberg (* March 17, 1671; † July 12, 1736 ) and his wife Juliane Louise of Kunowitz (* August 21, 1671, † October 21, 1754 ) and the grandson Jobst Hermann of Lippe - Biesterfeld.

Life

Friedrich Karl August is considered to be the last to Mr. Biesterfeld. During his reign, he left the brewery of Schwalenberg by Biesterfeld embarrassed and built here in 1740, the brewery with the distillery on Biesterfeld to the princely sum of 6,000 thalers on. In 1763 he was named after him Jagdschlösschen Friedrichsruh build. The castle gave the place the name, but was canceled in 1859 in favor of a guest house. Friedrichsruh was later known as Otto von Bismarck to his property in Saxony Forest - a gift for his services - bought and added the guest house has expanded into his estate castle Friedrichsruh.
