Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande

The Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande - is one of the most famous wineries of the Bordeaux wine region. Since the classification of 1855, the winery is classified as Deuxième Grand Cru Classé, second highest in the classifications.

It is located in Pauillac on the south side of the suburb of Saint- Lambert, directly on the municipal boundary to Saint- Julien- Beychevelle, and opposite the Schwestergut Château Pichon - Longueville -Baron, separated from the " Route du Vin ", the department of road No.2.

In the immediate vicinity are the Château Latour, a Premier Cru Classé, and three other Deuxième goods from Saint -Julien, the Leoville las Cases -Châteaux, Barton and Poyferré. History

The land was purchased by Pierre de Mazure de Rauzan from 1660. He was also later shared Château Rauzan in Margaux. The wine
