Chazuke
Chazuke (Japanese茶漬け), also called Ochazuke (お茶漬け) is a simple Japanese dish of rice, in which one has given tea. In the area around Kyoto CHAZUKE Bubuzuke (ぶ ぶ 漬け) is called.
Chazuke can be compared to milk and cereals in Europe and America. As tea hot green tea is often used sometimes instead of tea and hot water or dashi ( a broth ). During the summer, but also barley tea is taken. As further ingredients are, among others, umeboshi, Tsukemono, chum salmon, nori, Tsukudani, shiokara, wasabi or Tarako use.
