Chemical Markup Language

The Chemical Markup Language ( CML ChemML or ) is a document format for the representation of chemical formulas and complex expressions. It is a markup language based on XML and as simply as possible should be used. It is supported by libraries Open Babel, Chemistry Development Kit, JUMBO and the programs Jmol, Bioclipse, JOELib.
