Chen Shou

Chen Shou (Chinese陈寿/陈寿​​, Pinyin Chén Shou ), style name Chengzuo (承祚, Chengzuo, China * 233, † 297 China), was the author of Sanguozhi, the Chronicles of the Three Kingdoms, an historical account of the time of the Three Kingdoms in China.

It originally served as an officer of Shu Han Dynasty. His father may have been the officer Chen Shi, who was dishonored 229 after a defeat.

Chen Shou presented the Chronicles of the Three Kingdoms long after the fall of Shu Han together, presumably after the fall of the Wu dynasty (280).
