Chester Schaeffer

Life

Schaeffer began his career as an editor in the early 1940s. Occasionally, he was also involved in television productions.

Starting with the city in an uproar of 1951, he worked for several films closely with director Russell Rouse. Your last joint production was the bank robber gang from the year 1967.

1952 Schaeffer was nominated for his work on the film city in turmoil for the Academy Award for Best Editing. In 1955 he was nominated for an Emmy.
