Chicken nugget

Chicken nuggets (composed of the words for chicken and Nugget ) are bite-sized portioned, breaded and fried pieces of chicken meat or chicken meat form. They belong to the standard range of U.S. fast-food vendors such as McDonald 's, Burger King or Kentucky Fried Chicken, but are also available in the grocery trade in frozen form.

To prepare chicken nuggets first about thumb-sized pieces of chicken breast are or shape meat seasoned and pre-cooked, then breaded with bread crumbs or corn flakes, for which in 1950 by Robert C. In a study published in 2004 by Stiftung Warentest below 20 vendors showed up in the meat quality differences. So there were nuggets up to 45 percent of breading, the fat content after preparation was up to 28 percent.
