Chieko Honda
Chieko Honda (Japanese本 多 知 恵 子, Honda Chieko, born March 28, 1963 in the prefecture of Tokyo, † February 18, 2013 ) was a Japanese voice actress ( seiyū ).
Life
Chieko Honda was born in the prefecture of Tokyo and grew up in neighboring first Kawagoe, to them during their primary school years moved with her mother to Nagano after the divorce of their parents. The idea to actress, she received when tested at a school party, a roll of 11- piki no Neko ( filmed as an elf hungry cats ) played. Therefore, after graduating from high school in 1981, she trained at a Theatre to echo and talent agency Haikyō belonging to drama school. After graduating in 1983 she received an extras role as Machiko Sugata in the anime series Plawres Sanshiro.
Just one year later, she received her first major role as Fanneria Amu in Heavy Metal L- Gaim. Her breakthrough came in 1986 with the role of Kido Senshi Gundam ZZ Elpeo Ple, which was awarded at the Anime Grand Prix and the Nihon anime Taishō as Best Female figure. In 1987, she played the lead role in the OVA Elf 17
1988/9 she left the agency Haikyō and worked for 20 years as a freelancer until it was managed by the Agency from February 2008 Max Mix, 2010 again was a freelancer and then moved to Aoni Production on 1 November 2012.
