The national road 223 (Chinese 223国 道, Pinyin 223 Guódào, English China National Highway 223), Chinese Abbr G223, is a 323 km long highway in the eastern part of the island of the same name and Hainan Province in southern China. It runs from the provincial capital Haikou in the north of the island about Qionghai, Wanning and Ling Shui to Sanya on the southern coast. It runs parallel to the eastern part of the beltway G98.
