The Chinchipe is a river that runs through the south-east of the Ecuadorian province of Zamora Chinchipe. Then it flows through the Peruvian region of Cajamarca and the Amazon region, where he eventually empties into the Marañón. On the track, he travels from Ecuador to Peru, the Chinchipe is also known under the name Río Mayo, Canananbo and Chuquimayo.
