Chocolaterie

A chocolate called a manufactory for chocolate with attached sales business or a specialty shop, which does not produce itself, but sells specialties from selected confectioners and chocolatiers. The manufactory is usually connected to a pastry shop and the production facility. Nowadays, there are chocolate shops as Café- Chocolaterie in the cities.
