Chrást (Příbram District)

Chrást, Chrast to 1924, is a village in the Czech Republic. It is located four kilometers north of Březnice and belongs to Příbram.

Geography

Chrást is located in the source basin of the creek Chrástský creek in the Central Bohemian hills. West of the village is the railway line Březnice - Rožmitál pod Třemšínem runs through the valley of Skalice, the nearest train station is Oslí. North-east rise the Bukvice (554 m) and the Holý vrch (573 m), in the south the Višňovka (508 m ) and west of the Chlumec (537 m).

Neighboring towns are Vysoká u Příbramě, Modřovice and Třebsko in the north, Zavržice, Kamenná, Lazsko and Podrejžský Mlýn in the northeast, Tochovice and Lisovice in the east, Hráze, Starosedlský Hradek, Nestrašovice, Dobra Voda and boron in the southeast, Březnice, Nový Mlýn, Xaverov, přední Poříčí and Jamky in the south, Zadnà Poříčí and Bezděkov pod Třemšínem the southwest, Valcha Pňovice and Oslí in the west and Namnice, Vranovice and Strýčkovy in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of the village was carried out in 1379 as part of the archbishop's goods Pribram. A portion of Chrast belonged to the castle Worlik. In 1564 there were Chrast a vassal of the Karlstejn Castle. At the end of the 16th century acquired William Elder Wrabsky Tluksa of Wraby the yard Chrast and smote him in his reign Drahenitz. Subsequent owners were his son Ignaz Adam (Adam Hynek ) and his wife Elisabeth of Polyxena Kokorov. In the Berni rula 1654 four long-established farmers, as well as desolate and dilapidated house are listed for Chrast. As of 1662 followed as landlords Wenzel Rudolph Wrabsky Tluksa of Wraby and then Eve Maria Wrabsky, born Lažanský of Buggau. In 1686 Eva Maria Wrabsky sold the reign of Leopold Wilhelm Count von Waldstein. He was succeeded by Karl Franz Count von Waldstein, then his widow Maria Ludmilla, born Kolowrat Liebsteinsky, the second marriage was Johann Wenzel von Sternberg 1706. After her death in 1720 inherited their ersteheliche daughter Maria Franzisca of Wallenstein the rule. 1784 inherited their daughter Marie Elisabeth Countess of Nostic Rhineck, born Kolowrat Krakowsky of Ugezd possession. With the introduction of house numbers 19 houses were 1770 in Chrast counted. 1795 sold Marie Elisabeth of Nostic Rhineck the rule to Colonel Country Marshal Johann Prokop Count Hartmann of plain stone. In 1840 the was on the road from Breznitz by Pribram situated village Chrast of 20 houses with 152 inhabitants. In Chrast there was an inn. Vicarage was Breznitz. Until the mid- 19th century the village to Allodialherrschaft Drahenitz remained submissive.

After the abolition of patrimonial Chrast formed in 1850 a part of the community Přední Poříčí / front Pořschitz in the District Commission and the Court of District Breznitz. Since 1868 Chrast belonged to the district Blatná. In 1870 was Anna Lobkowicz owner of the goods, in 1919 followed her son Jan were 1877, the village of Přední Poříčí broke off and formed with the districts Namnice and Oslí own community, which initially bore the name CHRAST and later Chrast. In 1915 the village consisted of 23 houses. Today's local name Chrást is used since 1924. In the wake of the repeal of the Okres Blatná Chrást in 1960 associated with the Příbram. On 1 January 1980, the annexation took place after Březnice. On November 24, 1990 Chrást, Lisovice, Namnice and Oslí broke loose from Březnice and formed the town Chrast.

The municipality consists of the villages Chrást Chrást ( Chrast ) Lisovice ( Lisowitz ) Namnice ( Namitz ) and Oslí ( Wosel ) and the monolayer Valcha.
