Chris Meledandri
Christopher " Chris " Meledandri ( born May 15, 1959 in New York City ) is an American film producer. Meledandri is the founder and CEO of Illumination Entertainment.
Life
Chris Meledandri was born in 1959 in New York City, the son of a fashion designer and grew up on the Upper East Side.
He completed his studies in 1981 at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, from. Shortly thereafter, he met the film producer Daniel Melnick know who hired him in 1984 for the production of his dance film Footloose as assistants.
Since the mid- 1980s Meledandri is automatically as a film producer. With the production of the surprise success of Cool Runnings - there is everything he is qualified for major projects.
