Christian Dorda (December 6, 1988 in Mönchengladbach ) is a German - Polish footballer.

Career

Dorda joined in 1996 as a seven year old from SC Wegberg to Borussia Mönchengladbach. After he had gone through the youth departments, he debuted in 2006 in Borussia's second team. Since 2006, he played a total of 22 games in the Football Regionalliga and Oberliga Nordrhein.

Due to the extreme shortage of staff in the back line of the first team Dorda his Bundesliga debut on November 8, 2008, while playing in Bielefeld. He convinced with his performance and thus also came in subsequent batches to regular operations. On 20 December 2008 he received a professional contract, which was dated to 30 June 2011 and was not renewed. Due to a Patellasehnenrisses Dorda came in the season 2010/ 11 is not used. In summer 2011, he moved to SpVgg Greuther Fürth.

For the 2012/13 season, he joined the Dutch first division club Heracles Almelo. He signed a two-year contract until 30 June 2014 with an option for another year.

On January 31, 2014, he signed a 2016 dated contract at League rivals FC Utrecht.

Dorda plays in defense in the position of left-back.
