Christian Rémi Richard

Christian Rémi Richard ( b. 1941 ) is a former politician and diplomat in Madagascar.

Christian Rémi Richard was secretary of state under President Admiral Didier Ratsiraka 1977-1983. In 1983, Christian Rémi Richard signed the agreement on financial cooperation between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Democratic Republic of Madagascar.
