Christina Chanée

Christina Chanée ( Thai: ค ริ สติ นา ชา นี ), (actually Christina Ratchanee Birch Wongskul born 6 January 1979), also known under the name Chanée, is a Danish- Thai singer. Together with the singer Tomas N'Evergreen she represented Denmark at the Euro Vision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo, where both occupied fourth place.

Biography

The daughter of a Danish mother and a Thai father was born in Denmark, where she grew up as an only child. At the age of five she lived for several months with her family in Thailand. Her father died when she was 15 years old, her mother early in the year 2010.

Chanée began early for the music and to inspire the song. Until she was 17 she successfully participated in numerous talent competitions and won a songwriting competition. After spending several years in Europe and Asia, she moved to Copenhagen.
