Christopher Kas

Christopher Kas (born 13 June 1980 Trostberg ) is a German tennis player. He is currently one of the best German players in the double world rankings.

Career

As a single player Kas, son of the journalist Karl Heinz Kas was only moderately successful in professional tennis since 2001. From 2005 he concentrated on Double and won with his regular partner Philipp Petzschner numerous Challenger tournaments. At her first appearance at an ATP tournament Kas and Petzschner reached in February 2006 in Marseille at first the semi-finals. In September 2008, Kas won the doubles tournament in Stuttgart with his partner Philipp Kohlschreiber against Mischa Zverev / Michael Berrer 6-3, 6-4.
